Settlement Deadlines is a plain reference list of open U.S. class action settlements, sorted by claim deadline. It is operated by LLMeet LLC, a Connecticut company.

How entries are checked

We find settlements through public sources, including other settlement trackers. We do not publish a settlement until we have checked the claim deadline, the stated payout and the case details against the official settlement website run by the court-appointed settlement administrator (or the court documents posted there). Each page lists its sources and the date it was last verified. If something cannot be confirmed on the official site, we leave it out or say so.

Editorial independence

No court, settlement administrator, law firm, defendant or other company pays us to list, describe or rank a settlement, and none reviews our entries before they are published. Settlements are listed only in order of claim deadline.

Payout figures

We show the payout as the official source states it. In most consumer settlements individual payments are modest, often a few dollars to a few hundred, and many are reduced or increased depending on how many people file. Larger "up to" amounts usually require documented losses.

Corrections and contact

If you spot an error, please tell us. The official settlement website is always authoritative. We cannot answer questions about whether you qualify for a settlement or help with a claim; contact the settlement administrator for that.
